SkillFlow DevOps offers an online learning platform specializing in DevOps technologies, including:

The Service offers free content as well as premium content accessible through a paid subscription.

4.1 Account creation

• Impersonate others
• Collect personal data of other users
• Disrupt the operation of the Service

10.3 Damages

Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service over the last 12 months.

11.1 Termination by the user

11.2 Termination by SkillFlow

We may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

11.3 Effects of termination

After termination, you lose access to the Service and your data may be deleted after a grace period of 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.

In accordance with European regulations, you also have the option to use mediation or the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
